Enterprise Management Program

Courion’s Enterprise Management Program (EMP) gives your business an advantage by leveraging the expertise of dedicated consultants who can align their industry and product knowledge with your business needs, relay the latest technical information and expand the usefulness and value of your Courion solution. 

EMP includes a twelve-month customized Strategy and Operational Plan detailing goals, objectives, resources, tasks, deliverables and timing for a range of post-deployment services. EMP customers have access to a range of specialized services and deliverables, such as dedicated on-site or remote support resources, customized connector development, customized reports, etc. Regular meetings between your team and a senior Courion executive provide an opportunity to assess your progress against the plan, prioritize outstanding issues and deliver higher levels of customer satisfaction.

Strategic Executive Review

Customers who are not prepared to commit to the level of the EMP can still benefit from regular strategic reviews with a Courion executive. The Strategic Executive Review program provides an opportunity to assess your current identity and access management environment in light of your existing business environment and evaluate how it should evolve to meet changing business conditions. The Courion executive sponsor works with your C-level team and IT administration staff to constructively confront issues impeding your success with the Courion solution and to identify ways that maximize the value of your current deployment. Sharing long-term business and technology plans enables your team to begin planning for how they might be able to take advantage of future advances in Courion technology.

Success Webinars

From time to time, Courion offers Courion Success Webinars that focus on discussing best practices, tips and tricks, customer case studies and other topics designed to help you and your team with useful, actionable information.

Training

Training programs for administrators and developers are available at Courion headquarters in Framingham, MA or onsite at your facility.

Support Services

Courion delivers 24x7 telephone and web-based support services. Customers have access to a dedicated Support portal and Discussion Forum where they can learn more about how to get the most out of their implementation. Courion’s secure, searchable Knowledge Base provides you with self-service convenience for answering technical questions, downloading product patches or releases, and exploring additional Courion product information.

CONVERGE

All Courion customers are encouraged to attend CONVERGE, an annual, multi-day user conference where they can interact with Courion team members, partners and other customers, as well as industry experts, consultants and analysts. The CONVERGE agenda includes a rich mix of product information, best practices, training, case studies, panels and interactive sessions designed to help you gain the most from your Courion solutions.
