The Strategic Review

Our Strategic Review is a half-day, business review designed to help you maximize the return on your investment in a Courion solution. Together, we will identify effective ways to reduce the risk of inappropriate access to sensitive data, mission critical applications and systems in your enterprise.

How it Works

Your executive sponsor and project team meet with a Courion executive to discuss the current state of your business and future business goals, as well as prospective enhancements, to ensure your IAM strategy is an integral part of your security infrastructure and business processes. By completion of the Strategic Review, we provide recommendations and a customized roadmap for achieving the desired future state of your business.

The Health Check

The Health Check looks at technical aspects of your identity and access management system. A Courion Professional Services Engineer will meet with your Courion Administrator to assess the “health” of your organization by reviewing your Courion implementation, workflows, connectors and data mapping. We will provide you with recommendations that may help you streamline operating expenses or reduce capital expenditures, such as ensuring that you’re current with the latest versions of your Courion applications, or identifying areas for additional automation or possible expansion. The Health Check can be performed alone, or as part of the Strategic Review.
